Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is designed to ensure Pushbutton Hosting is able to provide the highest level of service possible. By registering for any of Pushbutton Hosting's services, you are stating that you have read and accept all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy, as well as the other policies such as the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy posted on this site.

New Hosting Accounts
Refund requests will be granted for newly purchased web hosting accounts on a case by case basis. Should you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 30 days of holding an active account, we will evaluate your order and in most cases will refund your money in full. Refunds will not be offered after account termination due to breach of Terms of Service. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued for any unused portion of any billing cycle or late cancellations.

Domain Names
Domain name purchases are final sale at the time of purchase. No refunds will be granted for domain name renewals under any circumstances. You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full. Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not subject to refunds. Changes to registered domain names (incorrect spelling, etc...) can be requested no later than 48 hours after the time of purchase. Pushbutton Hosting offers no guarantee on the status of requested changes to domain names. This is in accordance with ICANN policies

Service Renewals
Refunds for web hosting account renewals will be granted to customers requesting a cancellation of their service no later than seven (7) or more days prior to expiration of current billing cycle. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Additional Services and Products
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as shell access, overages, additional disk space, templates, additional pop accounts, etc. No refunds will be granted for hourly work such as web design, copy, graphics, web development, software installation, web site optimization, etc.

Other than those stipulated here, Pushbutton Hostingmakes no other express or implied representation or warranty of any kind regarding the products and services it sells.
